POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for generating new business revenue through season tickets, partial plans, and group tickets, and renewing and up-selling season ticket accounts via phone, networking events, and face to face presentations.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Meet or exceed daily call and appointment expectations

Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals

Handle incoming sales calls

Prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities

Effectively execute sales campaigns and training set forth

Efficiently manage workday as determined by Management

Maintain computerized records of all clients and prospects with our CRM system

Provide excellent customer service skills

Assist customer service efforts during renewal campaigns

Maintain and grow industry standard sales skills

Other duties as assigned by Manager



REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES

(To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.)

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or related field

Proven track record of 1-2 years of high level sales success recommended

Ability to work as a team player

Ability to attend all home games

Proficient in basic computer software programs

Strong organizational and communication skills.

As a requirement, the candidates for the Account Executive position need to have a Degree in Accountancy or Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or MICPA) and possess at least 5 years of extensive experience preferably from audit firm. Good operating knowledge in computerized accounting software system. Meticulous, analytical and self-motivated.
